This is a fast-paced 45-minute conditioning workout that is based on a series of flowing poses designed to build strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. Yoga for Surfers III: Unleashed!
This one is all about strength and power. Definitely not for your first go-out in yoga! YFS III includes a 20 minute segment for the abs and back; a 20 minute segment focusing on the lower body; and a 20 minute segment for the upper body. Includes advanced balancing poses. I usually recommend doing each segment on its own as you're starting out, and as you get stronger, do all three segments for a complete routine!
