    The pre-surf session on the first DVD has literally saved my body from pain during my current pregnancy. I was a surfer, skater, and triathlete before, but for the first five months of this pregnancy, I had constant nausea and suffered the greatest weight and muscle loss I've ever had. In month 6, the nausea subsided, but I had no muscle tone left. Plus, constant back pain and pelvic pain kept me from even taking my dog from a walk. I started doing the pre-surf session and within a week my muscles started to bear weight correctly again and I've been feeling SO much better!

    As a side note, I work at a primary school. I started doing that yoga routine, plus all the others on the 2 DVD's with my kids (ages 5-8), and they absolutely love the routine. Just thought I'd pass that along!
